Why indeed.
What better way to introduce ourselves to Moab, and give
the people of Moab an introduction to us?
We seek a business location in Moab, that has at least
1000 sq. ft. of production/art class space, and at least
400 sq. ft. of retail space. This location would ideally
have living quarters in it, for two/three (no children, no pets)
or have them adjacent to, on the same property.
We would be delighted with an old school, church building,
large house or farm buildings needing renovation, or an industrial/retail combo type of place.
We plan to market made-in-USA silks, leathers, art, books,
glassware, flower arrangements, limited live plants, and a
couple of specialty items we will produce, currently not on any market. We also carry Edgewater Design, handmade native
American jewelry.
Our business plan is flexible to include operation even in the
most extreme economy crash, though we are hoping for the
best.
We believe in hoping for the best, while being ready for the
worst, in all situations, like all great Americans. We want to
be a great addition to Moab.
We are native to the southwest and love it.
If you happen to know of a place where we can set up Haven:
Our contact information is:
R Ashton 208.340.4639 and Veronica O. Ashton-Cody 208.854.9374
Evenings is the best time to call the first number.
Mornings is the best time to call the second number.
Best email to use is electricfemme@yahoo.com
Put 'hello the camp' in the subject line, so I'll know it's
from you.
We are willing to buy, but would love to arrange a lease
purchase initially for a seller, so Haven can move ahead as
fast as possible. A lease is also okay, including a 99 year
for the right location. We will renovate at our expense if
cosmetic improvements are needed.
Thanks so much for reading the blog.
I'll be adding comments from time to time and hope to hear
from you.
