Serving a globally inspired menu, The Center Café has built a reputation on outstanding service with innovative and classically prepared menu items. We use the freshest locally grown organic produce in season, dry aged beef, and fresh seafood flown in from both coasts and the gulf. Our menu is always changing and evolving to accommodate seasonal foods and the chefs' inspirations.

Not really a cafe at all, this fine small restaurant, with white tablecloths, black chairs, and a bright, contemporary look, is the place to come for innovative game, pasta, and vegetarian selections. The menu changes seasonally, but might include pan-seared lamb loin with roasted garlic flan; portobello mushroom lasagna layered with rosemary, polenta, eggplant, and feta; or grilled black Angus beef tenderloin with soft polenta, caramelized onion, and gorgonzola. Moab is one of the few places I know where you can spend the day riding some of the best off-road trails on the planet and the night eating a five-star meal.
