This practice connects the tranquility of yin with the activity of fiery yang. The first half of class will gently stretch connective tissue and encourage students to explore the breath. The class then transitions into a movement inspired vinyasa flow that celebrates a greater range of motion while bringing your body and mind into balance. Explore the space within every Sunday at 4pm.
