Three new town homes in Moab are part of an Oct. 23 bankruptcy auction that will be held Oct. 23.

The properties, located at 3170 U.S. 191, will be auctioned on site on Friday, Oct. 23, beginning at 2 p.m., according to Salt Lake City-based Erkelens & Olson Auctioneers.

The public will be allowed to preview the properties on Saturday, Oct. 17 and Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a news release from the auction company.

The two-story town homes all include three or four-bedrooms, with three bathrooms in each unit. The town homes are part of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filed by the developer. The developer is also forfeiting several adjacent undeveloped lots, and those will also be on the auction block.

Photographs of the town homes and terms of purchase are available at www.salesandauction.com, the Erkelens & Olson website.

Registered bidders are required to bring a cashier’s check for $20,000 payable to Erkelens & Olson Auctioneers. For more information, contact auctioneer Rob Olson at 801-355-6655, or email robertbidone@gmail.com.
