The open house will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Grand Center, 182 North 500 West. Light refreshments will be served.
“At the open house, you can visit with DWR biologists,” DWR spokesman Brent Stettler said in a news release. “Any opinion, concern or comment you have will be posted at the open house and recorded for future reference. You can arrive and leave anytime during the two-hour block.”
Rocky Mountain goats are identified by their white, woolly coat and black horns, Stettler said. They stand just over 3 feet tall at the shoulder and weigh between 100 and 200 pounds.
“Mountain goats typically live in the highest elevations in the mountain range in which they live,” he said.
