Dorothy was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Aunt and was also known to many as “Gram.”
She was born April 5, 1943 in Eureka, Utah, to Louis and Laura Stephens, and later moved to Moab, where she made her final home.
Dorothy cooked for many years, as it was something she loved to do, and she had a lot of stories which created many smiles.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bill Landry; son, Tracy McDonald; three sisters, Donna Mae, Kathryn, and not only her sister but her best friend Shirley Partridge; two brothers, Dick and Davie. Dorothy is survived by brother, Bobby (Charlotte) Stephens; son, Jay (Cindee) Stephens; Rex McDonald; and grandchildren, Justin (Amy) Stephens, Trevor (Sarah) Stephens, Danielle (Shae) Batt, Jessica (Muskie) McDonald and David Philobosian; step-grandchildren, Josh (Mindy) Altoff, Terry Adams; six great-grandchildren; and many neices and nephews. Gram loved them all.
“Gram” will be missed, and will always be with us. Graveside services will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m. A private family viewing will be held before the services.
Condolences may be sent to the family at www.SpanishValleyMortuary.com.
