Gayle Stocks, 1954 ~ 2012

Gayle Stocks passed away at Northern Nevada Medical Center on June 19, 2012. Gayle was born to John and Leola Platt in New Mexico on Nov. 11, 1954.

Gayle later Married Allen Edwin Stocks, Together they have four daughters: Sherry and Greg Thurston of Winnemucca, Nev.; Martha Stocks of Winnemucca; Jennifer and Dave Fields of Reno, Nev.; and Charity and Kevin Wilson of Winnemucca.

Gayle loved to quilt and spend time with her grandchildren Brenda Lynn Tinken, Devin Michael Tinken, Kaleb Allen Miller, Shauna Marie Wilson, Austin Jacob Thurston and Kaylee Grace Thurston.

Gayle’s family would like to thank the understanding and caring staff who cared for them during this difficult time. There will be a service held at Albertson Funeral Home Saturday June 23 at 10 a.m. Also there will be a celebration of life held in Moab Utah at the Rotary Park on Tuesday, June 26 at 5 p.m.
