Sorrel River’s executive chef, Richard Potts, will present the cooking demonstration and will serve a variety of delicacies including Utah cheeses, pumpkin bisque, duck and gruyere, pumpkin ravioli and pumpkin pie with ice cream. Each course will be coupled with paired wines and all attendees will receive a Chef’s basket with gifts from the ranch’s garden and recipe cards. The cost for the event is $49 per person.
