The local club donated 144 personalized dictionaries to all third graders in Moab and Green River.
“The students were surprised and excited to find out that they were allowed to keep their personally dedicated dictionary for their rest of their lives,” Rotary officials said in the news release.
In Moab, teachers from Helen M. Knight Elementary School and the Moab Charter School assisted the Rotary Club members in handing out the dictionaries to their students on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
