Heather Kathleen (McLeod) Everill of Littleton, Colo. died April 13, 2009.
Heather was born May 3, 1971 in Arvada, Colo., moved to Moab in 1976, and graduated from Grand County High School in 1989. She returned to Colorado and met and married her husband, Charles Everill, Jr.
She had an eclectic appreciation of music and literature, was an accomplished flute player, enjoyed various arts and crafts, adored her dog, Karina, and loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Charles, Jr.; father, Alfred McLeod, Moab; brother, Eric (Marina) McLeod, Tarzana, Calif.; sisters, Allison Bolender (Dave), Houston, Tex., and Anitra McLeod, Salt Lake City; five much-loved nieces and nephews, Ethan, Tesse, and Joseph McLeod, Zachary and Jocelyn Bolender; stepbrother, Christopher Kauffman, Moab, and stepmother, Cynthia Smith, Moab; Charles’ parents, Charles and Marty Everill, Littleton, Colo., and his sister, Sara Everill, Carbondale, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara McLeod, and her brother, Ian McLeod.
A celebration of her life is planned for this summer.
