    Michael Burr West passed away Sept. 29, 2009 in Fort Collins, Colo. Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct. 5 at 11 a.m. at Old City Park. In case of inclement weather, the services will be held at Kimmerle-Hefner Funeral Home. A full obituary will appear in next week’s edition of The Times-Independent.
