Kona Lynn Richards was born to SaDonna and Bill Richards on Feb. 14, 1951 in Ashton, Idaho. She died on March 22, 2010 as a result of an automobile accident in Natchitoches, La.
Kona and the family moved to Moab, Utah in 1951, approximately four months after her birth. She attended K-12th grades in Moab and graduated from Grand County High School in May of 1969.

There, she met her significant other, Lonnie Bradford, who preceded her in death, as did both parents, SaDonna Marie Richards and Laurel D. Richards (Bill).
Kona is survived by a brother, Tom (Margene) Richards, along with nieces and nephews, Landy (Scott), Kirk (Joanna), Ramsey (Kylie) and grand nieces and grandnephews Mason, Soren, Meah, Owen and Sylvia.
