    The Grand County girl’s golf team attended a Region 15 tournament on Tuesday, April 23, at Green Valley Golf Course, in Washington City. Joopy Bamrungmuang placed seventh in the tournament with 92 and maintained her sixth position on the Region 15 top 12 list with a stroke average of 86.5.

    Shaycee Renn took eighth in the tournament and did it with 93 strokes. Jamie Day tied for 10th at Green Valley with 100 swings and she maintained her eighth position on the Region 15 top 12 list with a 96.16 stroke average.

    More playoff action and the state finals are yet to come for the girl’s golf team in the weeks ahead.
