    Arches, Canyonlands to reopen May 29

    Arches and Canyonlands national parks will partially reopen to the public at the end of the month, according to a spokesperson for the parks, following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local public health authorities.

    NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Castle Valley will hold a municipal election November 5th, 2019, to elect a Council Member/Treasurer and a Council Member both four year terms.

    Registered voters of the municipality who have resided within the Castle Valley Town boundaries at least 12 consecutive months preceding the general election may file a Declaration of Candidacy Statement, or a Petition may be filed on behalf of a qualified person.

    Given a sufficient number of candidates, a primary election will be held on Tuesday, August 13th, 2019, with the municipal general election being held on Tuesday, November 5th, 2019.

    The filing period is June 3rd thru 7th, 2019.

    Declaration of Candidacy Statements or Petitions must be filed with the Castle Valley Town Clerk at 2 Castle Valley Drive, Castle Valley, Utah.
