The skilled Labor and Delivery nursing team at Moab Regional Hospital will lead classes Monday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Sept. 16, 23, 30, and Oct. 7 in Education Room 2 at Moab Regional Hospital, 450 Williams Way.
The class topics include, The Miracle of Pregnancy, Welcoming Baby, Healthy Mom and Healthy Baby, and Caring for You and Your Baby.
They will also hold a special session on lactation and breastfeeding from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Attendees will have the chance to meet all the labor and delivery nurses, Connie Wilson, Naomi Helquist, Rosanne Lewis, and Tiffany Butler, as well as guest speakers Emily Stock (doula), Tammy Tucker (RN), and Terry Galen (clinical social worker).
All moms are invited to join the sessions. Bring a friend or come solo.
Attendees also have a chance to win a prize through attending each of the five classes. A light dinner also accompanies each session.
