Several environmental organizations and the Bureau of Land Management will take part in a two-day Leave No Trace event at Indian Creek from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 20-22 at the Supercrack parking lot and Beef Basin Road turnoff.
Participants include Friends of Indian Creek, The Access Fund, Rocky Mountain Field Institute, Front Range Climbing Stewards, The Nature Conservancy, Friends of Cedar Mesa, Hawk Watch and the BLM.
Attendees will learn how to reduce impacts and how to help the greater Indian Creek environment. Climber’s coffee, activities and raffles will be held on both days. This is a free event open to anyone.
