    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom which will be streamed on YouTube on the “Grand County Utah Government” channel. Written public comment will be accepted anytime in advance of the meeting.     • Sundance Village HDHO, formerly Sandstone Cottages, (Glen Lent / Alpine Development). A request for a 42 lot High Density Housing Overlay subdivision (2 lots additional to a previously-approved 40 lot HDHO subdivision) on a 4.28 acre parcel at 3058 and 3060 Spanish Valley Drive.
    • Grand Valley Development Rezone (Troy Naylor). A request to rezone 16.02 acres of a 19.37 acre property located at 1880 Skyline Drive from Highway Commercial, General Business and Large Lot Residential to Multi-Family Residential.
