    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom which will be streamed on YouTube on the “Grand County Utah Government” channel. Written public comment will be accepted anytime in advance of the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit input on the following:

    • Sundance Village HDHO, formerly Sandstone Cottages, (Glen Lent / Alpine Development). A request for a 42 lot High Density Housing Overlay subdivision (2 lots additional to a previously-approved 40 lot HDHO subdivision) on a 4.28 acre parcel at 3058 and 3060 Spanish Valley Drive.

    • Grand Valley Development Rezone (Troy Naylor). A request to rezone 16.02 acres of a 19.37 acre property located at 1880 Skyline Drive from Highway Commercial, General Business and Large Lot Residential to Multi-Family Residential.
