    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grand County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. via Zoom which will be streamed on YouTube on the “Grand County Utah Government” channel. Written public comment will be accepted anytime in advance of the meeting. Call-in information to make comment during the meeting can be found on the agenda, at https://www.grandcountyutah.net/AgendaCenter. For questions regarding the meeting format or materials, please call 435-259-1368. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit input on the following:

    • Namaste Rock Rezone (Namaste Rock LLC / Michael Skarda). A request to rezone 24.03 acres located at Hwy. 191 and Hwy. 313 from Range and Grazing to Small Lot Residential.

    • Desert Mesa HDHO Subdivision Lot 2 Amended. A request for a 3 lot High Density Housing Overlay (HDHO-5) on a .60 acre parcel located at Mesa Road and Desert Road. 

    • OK RV Park HDHO (Funstays OK LLC / Adam Oris). A request for a 5 lot High Density Housing Overlay (HDHO-5) subdivision on a 1 acre parcel located at 3324 Spanish Valley Drive.
