The Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments – SEUALG – offers a rental assistance program designed to help low-income people and families with rent and associated expenses in Grand, San Juan, Emery and Carbon counties.
To be eligible, applicants must show they’ve lost income due to the COVID-19 pandemic and are not receiving unemployment benefits. Applicants must reapply monthly and could receive up to $1,500 per month.
The money could be used for rent – not a mortgage – and utilities, such as water, sewer, electrical and gas, security deposits, arrears and late fees. Call Renee Raso at 435-613-0067 or email her at email@example.com for more information.
