Leland “Lee” Kenneth Yockey, 83, passed away on Sept. 28, 2019, at Marcus Daly Hospice, in Hamilton, Montana. Lee was born July 30, 1936, in Coffeyville, Kansas, the son of Russell Kenneth and Gwendolyn (Norbury) Yockey. He was the oldest of five children.

Adam Bires left this world on Monday, September 23, 11 days after his 38th birthday. His young body had become a source of chronic pain, while his multiple personality disorder scrambled his thoughts and communication, resulting in loud verbal outbursts that dominated his life and reputation. His cause of death is yet to be determined.
Philip Joseph Engleman, 59, passed away Sept. 29, 2019 from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident. Born Jan. 14, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan to David and Phyllis Engleman, Philip was the third of their four children.
Carolyn Carter, mother of five, grandmother, great grandma and friend, died Sept. 24, 2019. After Carolyn retired, she moved to Moab in 2004 with her partner, Richard Neumann. Prior to that she spent several summers visiting one and then two of her daughters who lived here. She became very connected to the landscape and colors of southeastern Utah and the Four Corners area.
Lavada Bly Casey passed away one month to the day of her 107th birthday, Thursday Oct. 3, 2019 at 1:10 p.m. at her residence in the Canyonlands Care Center. Death was incident to age.
