The Red Devils dominated their own tourney when they hosted the Red Rocks Invitational Track and Field Tournament on Saturday, Mar. 9 at Grand County High. Carbon, Mancos, Emery, Montezuma-Cortez, San Juan, Monticello, and Green River participated in the meet. The boys team took first place out of the eight competing schools and the girls finished third out of eight.
The Red Devils baseball team traveled to New Mexico to start the 2019 campaign and went 1-2 at the Bloomfield Tournament.
The Lady Red Devils golf team took second place in the first golf tournament of the spring season on Wednesday, March 6 at the Moab Golf Club. San Juan, Richfield, Manti, South Sevier, Emery, and North Sanpete golfers also participated in the tournament.

The Grand County High School boys basketball season ended with a pair of losses at the state tournament in Richfield. The Red Devils lost to Emery in the quarterfinals on Feb. 21 then fell to Judge Memorial in the consolation bracket the next day. Though it wasn’t the best possible sendoff for Grand’s six seniors, it was a successful season on many levels.
