    Cedar Breaks set to reopen as snow melts, guidelines loosened

    Officials from Cedar Breaks National Monument near Cedar City in southwest Utah said they will reopen facilities such as restrooms and the information center based on federal Opening Up America Again guidelines and in coordination with the state, local public health officials and park partners.
