    2012 mail thief was fined $800, spent five days in jail, 2 years on probation

    The Office of the Inspector General for the U.S. Postal Service has completed four investigations of the Moab Post Office since January 2010. The earliest led to the prosecution of a mail clerk, but the latest one ended unresolved.
